[Pharmacology] It is a hormone drug with follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) and
luteinizing hormone (LH)-like effects. For female animals, it mainly exhibits
follicle-stimulating hormone-like effects, promoting the development and maturation
of follicles and causing estrus; it also has a mild luteinizing hormone-like effect, promoting ovulation of mature follicles and even superovulation. For male animals, it
mainly exhibits luteinizing effects, which can increase androgen secretion and
improve sexual excitement. [Indications] Hormone drug. Mainly used for promotion of estrus and follicle
development of female animals, also used for superovulation during embryo transfer.
[Dosage and Administration] Before use, dilute with 2-5ml sterilized saline solution. Subcutaneous or intramuscular injection. For estrus promotion, 1000-2000IU for
horses and cattle; 100-500IU for sheep and goats; 25-200IU for dogs; 25-100IU for
cats, 30-50IU for rabbits and mink. For superovulation, 2000-4000IU for cows, 600-1000IU for ewes.
[Adverse reaction] Use according to recommended dosage and administration, no
adverse reactions were observed.
[Precautions] Unsuitable for long-term use, so as not to produce antibodies and
